Scan student ID cards, no phones needed
For schools and coaching centres where students don’t carry phones. A staff member opens the check-in station on any laptop or desktop, and students show the QR on their ID card to the webcam or a USB / Bluetooth barcode scanner.
Each scan marks the student present and shows their photo, name and class so the operator can check the face. When check-in ends, everyone who didn’t scan is marked absent in one step.

The student’s photo appears large on screen, so a borrowed card is easy to spot.
Cancelled or expired cards are rejected, and a reissued card works straight away.
Scans are kept on the device with their real time and sent when the connection returns.
Card scans and teachers’ corrections land in the same daily attendance; a later teacher mark always wins.
Every role sees only what its permissions allow, and you can create custom roles for your own team structure.
